Your exercises, on screen

Your clinician has set up a program on SDR. It shows one exercise card at a time on a screen, and changes the card at the time your clinician chose.

Your display link
  1. Open the display link on the screen.Use a TV, tablet or laptop with a browser. Type the link into the screen's browser.
  2. Leave the page open. The card changes on its own. There is nothing to press.
  3. Want a change?Ask your clinician. Only the editor link can change the program, so keep that one private.

The Name field. If you are asked for a name, use a first name or initials only. Please do not enter a surname or a diagnosis.

Your clinician decides your program. SDR is a prompting tool, not a medical service. It does not diagnose, treat or monitor anyone, or record whether an exercise was done. If an exercise hurts or feels wrong, stop and ask your clinician.
