The SDR display

Made after a stroke in the family, from a clock on a wall

When my father had a stroke at 91, we hung a large clock on the wall and pinned a coloured shape at each quarter hour: a blue star at 12, an orange circle at 3, a pink triangle at 6, a green square at 9. Each shape pointed to an exercise card. He did not need it explained.

SDR keeps that idea. Every exercise card has its own shape and colour, so it can be recognised from across the room.
