Safety and privacy
What SDR is and is not, and what we keep.
One page you can screenshot or share with a patient. The full policy and terms are linked at the bottom.
- You or your clinician choose the exercises, the order and the interval. SDR only shows them.
- SDR makes no clinical claims.
- Follow the program your clinician gives you, and ask them before starting or changing any exercise.
- SDR is not an alarm or an emergency device. If someone is unwell, call your clinician or emergency services.
Your data, in plain English
- What we keep
- The program you build: the cards, their order, the interval, and the name you type. Please type a first name or initials only, never a surname or a diagnosis.
- What we do not collect
- Whether an exercise was done. There are no accounts, and we do not ask for an email address to use the web app.
- Where it lives
- On an Australian server. SDR runs on a single server, with backups.
- How long
- A program is deleted after 120 days of no use, or when you ask.
- Delete it now
- Contact us with the display link, and we will delete the program.
- Who can see it
- Anyone holding the display link can see the program. Anyone holding the editor link can change it. Share each link only with the people who should have it.
- Cookies and analytics
- No advertising or tracking cookies. We count page views with analytics we host ourselves, with no personal data.
