How it works

A set of cards, an interval, and a screen.

A clinician or carer builds the program once. SDR then shows one card at a time and changes it at the interval set. Nothing needs to be opened or remembered.

Two ways to run it

The web app

Free, in any browser. Build the program, copy the display link, and open it on a phone, tablet, laptop or a TV that has a browser. No account, no email, no password.

The HDMI dongle

A$299 including GST, optional. It plugs into any TV and runs a program on its own, with no internet once it is set up. You set it up on its own Wi-Fi network.

The program

  • Cards. Choose from the card library or write your own, with a name, a goal count and short steps.
  • Order. Drag the cards into the order you want.
  • Interval. Each card stays on screen for 1 to 240 minutes.
  • Quiet hours. Set a window when the screen rests.
  • Preview. Run the program quickly before you share it, to see what the patient will see.

An example, shown small

Four cards at 30 minutes each. This only shows how a program looks. Your clinician chooses the real one.

When you save a program, SDR gives you an editor link and a display link. Whoever holds the editor link can change the program, so keep it private. The display link only shows it.

The links are the credential. There are no accounts. If the editor link is lost, the program cannot be recovered.

Screens and offline use

The web app display works on any screen with a browser. It needs the internet to load.

The dongle keeps its own program, so it does not need the internet once set up. It is a good fit for a TV with no browser, or a room with poor Wi-Fi.
